Are you on track?
Have you been making the progress you wanted to be making?
Have you achieved what you want so far?
I find that it’s so easy to get caught up in day-to-day activities – you start off the year with your goals written out and with the best intentions of reaching them, but then life gets in the way!
All of a sudden 5 months have flown by and you’ve not made the progress you wanted to make.
You’ve stopped reviewing your goals, let alone writing new ones!
So, now is the perfect time to take a step back and reflect on what’s happened so far, address potential blocks and problems that have held you back, set new goals and map out the rest of the year!
The team and I are getting together tomorrow, for the next couple of days, to do exactly this!
At the beginning of the year, it was just me but now with Sarah and Vanessa on board, it’s a great time to take a step back from the business to reflect, review and plan for the rest of the year and beyond.
I’m looking forward to it.
We’re going to be reviewing the recent leadership hui and look at what we can do better.
We’re going to be planning the launch of Te Hao, our new membership site, future leadership hui, and one-on-one leadership coaching.
I’m really excited about Te Hao because I know that not everyone can make it to the leadership hui or afford one-on-one coaching sessions with me.
Te Hao is an online monthly membership forum that will be launched on 1 July 2018.
Te Hao will enable us to provide tips, strategies, resources and information on Mana Wāhine to support you and help you build a successful career and life and lead with confidence.
You will be encouraged to take action and implement the strategies shared.
By doing it together and supporting each other we hope to build a community of awesome wāhine toa!
Well…. That’s the thinking.
I’m hoping that you will join me in shaping the membership.
Your participation, comments, and feedback will be invaluable.
If you haven’t already done so and you want to be a founding member of Te Hao, you can sign up on the waitlist by clicking HERE.
I’ll keep you posted on our team planning day – may even have some photos so you can see the team 🙂
